About Us

At Westlife Group, care begins with understanding.

As a registered NDIS provider, we are committed to delivering safe, high-quality supports grounded in empathy, respect and genuine connection.

For over 15 years, our founders and advisory team have worked alongside individuals, families and communities across Western Australia, empowering people of all abilities to live with independence, confidence and purpose. Support should feel human, not transactional — which is why every service we provide is shaped by compassion, creativity and a person-centred approach.

From daily living and transport assistance to community participation, recovery support, health services and specialist accommodation, we bring professionalism with heart.

Our team blends lived experience with leadership excellence. Each member is carefully selected, trained and mentored to uphold the highest standards of safety, quality and care. Together, we share one vision: to make every life we touch stronger, more connected and more fulfilled.

At Westlife, we don’t just deliver services — we create possibilities. We honour individuality, celebrate diversity and believe every person deserves a life filled with dignity, opportunity and inclusion.

The Team Behind Westlife

A Team That Inspires, Guides & Cares

Behind every great service is a team that truly cares. At Westlife, our leaders bring more than 15 years of lived and professional experience to every decision they make. From community supports and accommodation to supported employment, their focus is simple: empowering people to live with choice, confidence and purpose.

Our leadership group has guided complex disability programs, mentored large and diverse teams, and supported hundreds of participants to achieve their personal goals. Their dedication has been recognised through multiple honours, including nominations at the WA Disability Support Awards (NDS Awards), highlighting their genuine impact across the sector.

What sets our leaders apart is not just what they know but how they lead, combining empathy, creativity and an unwavering belief in people. Grounded in the values of Youthful, Advocacy, Sharing and Honesty, they build teams that lead with heart and serve with excellence.

Outside of work, our leaders continue to make a difference by volunteering, mentoring and giving back to the communities that inspire us every day.
